We recently purchased a property and DWS provided conveyancing services. Communication was effective and Faaiza Piranie (who handled my case) was quick to respond to any queries I had. She was on hand to follow up on all actions with the Seller's solicitor, to keep the process moving. I would recommend Faaiza and her team for a reasonable and timely service.

I was recommended this company by a friend who is an estate agent who recommended Chaz Thandi and the team at DWS. I found my solicitor Faaiza Piranie extremely efficient and helpful, As a first time buyer the process should of been relatively straight forward but due to issues on the sellers side it became long and drawn out. We finally completed 5 months after our initial offer went in. Faaiza kept me apprised at every stage and went above and beyond in chasing up in order to get a favourable resolution. They charge very reasonable fixed rate fees ,I can highly recommend their service, extremely efficient and helpful. My experience of using the company has been very favourable and I would not hesitate in using Faaiza and DWS again in the future.

Our solicitor was Mohamed Amir Patel - it was our first purchase, and had an islamic mortgage which is complicated. Mohamed sorted everything out within 2 months which is crazy! our only delay was the onward chain, and Mohamed would email the estate agents and sellers solicitor each week trying to confirm dates to move.I have always heard horror stories about first home purchase especially islamic mortgage and the complications. I cant begin to say how amazing the service was provided to us. I can only imaginbe how much more smoothly it would have went had we not been with islamic bank.Do not ever go with your estate agents solicitor, and have recomemend Mohamed to all of my friends and family, they are all at the age of purchasing first home and its an exciting but stressful time. Working with DW and Mohamed def took the stress out for me.So happy. thank you Mohamed for all your hard work - someone please give him a payrise!!!!!!!!!
