Chaz thandi and Luke Shipley both worked hard and always replied all our queries within the same day.  There was no communication delay and they were forwarding every piece of paper to us( as a buyer) to look thoroughly before signing the contract.  They did not push us to sign any contract and to decide the completion date despite having numerous calls from the vendor s solicitor and the estate agent.  Luke Shipley managed well the pressure from the vendor side and did not let the deal affect from it.
