Buying or a selling a property is seldom easy and straight forward unfortunately. We ourselves experienced this on a recent sale of our property, where the buy side was particularly difficult to deal with and there was complications throughout from their side.Luke’s ability to put emotion to one side, focus on solving the problem and not dwelling on the inadequacies of others, meant that we quickly identified the problem and resolved it with ease. Luke truly partners with his clients rather than just executes a brief. I have used this firm twice. Once in 2017 for the purchase of my shared ownership property, and once in 2020 for the sale of the property. They were very thorough and kept a very cool and steadfast attitude to work, especially when it came to dealing with the seller, the sellers solicitors, the freeholder, the freeholders solicitors, the management company, the leasehold team, the landlords and landlords solicitors.It could have been very messy, but Chaz, and especially Luke were super organised and were able to keep on top of things. They even managed to correct the mistakes of those other teams when they made errors or had missing information. DWS was competitively priced, had a no completion no fee system and were very good with communication and updates in a timely manner.I rate 5 out of 5.
