I found my solicitor Faaiza Piranie extremely efficient and helpful, As a first time buyer the process should of been relatively straight forward but due to issues on the sellers side it became long and drawn out. We finally completed 5 months after our initial offer went in. Faaiza kept me apprised at every stage and went above and beyond in chasing up in order to get a favourable resolution.
